It’s winter and many parts of the U.S. are experiencing snowy and icy conditions that can make roads slick and hard to drive on. One woman in Illinois saw another danger — the snow and ice on her vehicle. Lisa Anderson was driving down I-64 from Illinois toward Missouri with a friend when snow and ice from the roof of another car came flying straight into her windshield, breaking it completely.
