The assasination of Miami Subs founder

On February 6, 2001, Gus Boulis, the founder of Miami Subs and Sun Cruz, was brutally murdered in a mob-style hit. The case remained a mystery until 2005 when Anthony “Big Tony” Moscatiello, Anthony “Little Tony” Ferrari, and James “Pudgy” Fiorello were charged in connection to orchestrating the plot. Moscatiello and Ferrari pled guilty. The crime, tied to a complex web of business dealings, remains one of the most infamous in the Florida’s history. #vintageflorida #miami #truecrime #mob #southflorida
