Police in Washington State are investigating a situation involving fake ICE agents. Surveillance video shows an SUV with huge white letters that read “Ice” circling a parking lot outside a grocery store where a lot of Ukrainian refugees. Investigators believe someone was intentionally trying to intimidate immigrants at the market.
