New information in the case of a fatal boat incident that took the life of a teen girl. Florida Fish and Wildlife says it has identified the boat of interest. 15-year-old Ella Adler was water skiing with friends near the Nixon Beach sandbar. When she fell in the water and was struck by a boat. Investigators say it’s unclear if the driver knew they hit the girl. CBS News Miami’s Peter D’Oench will have more on the investigation tonight at 5pm.

Day two of Michael Cohen’s testimony saw the prosecution’s star witness once again link his former boss, Donald Trump to all aspects of a hush money scheme….to bury stories that could hinder his 2016 presidential bid. Trump is facing 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with that payment. Trump denies any wrongdoing. He and his team have repeatedly suggested Cohen is not a credible witness. House Speaker Mike Johnson was in court today to support the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.

At least eight people are dead and dozens are injured after a bus crash on state road 40 in Florida’s Marion County. According to the Florida Highway Patrol.
