CBS News anchor Eliott Rodriguez focuses on honoring fathers, fatherhood and parental bonds. His first guest is Paul Wilson, an executive mentor with the 5000 Role Models of Excellence, the organization his mother Congresswoman Frederika Wilson founded more than 30 years ago to help at-risk boys succeed in life. Eliott and Paul Wilson, who also happens to be a father, discuss, among other things, the importance of mentoring and the benefits it provides.
Eliott’s second guest is Willy Chirino. The iconic Latin Grammy-winning Cuban salsa singer has been performing for more than half a century and is adored by Miami’s Cuban-American community. He is also the father of six grandchildren and 5 grandchildren. Chirino and Eliott discuss why family is so important to him and how he juggles being a family man with his career.
