Security cameras captured thieves high-fiving each other during a brazen heist at a jewelry store in West Hollywood, California. Authorities report that the thieves broke in twice within a 24-hour period, cutting through the wall of a neighboring store and using blowtorches to open two metal safes. According to the shop’s owner, the thieves took everything in the store.
