A missing 3-year-old is now back home after her mother, who was in the middle of a custody battle with her father, turned herself in at the police station.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement released a Missing Child Alert for 3-year-old Shea Eminhizer on Saturday. She was last seen in the area of Southwest 78th Terrace and Manor Lane.
Authorities advised anyone who saw them not to approach them, but instead to contact law enforcement.
