A man accused of killing a father of two with his car in Miami last month found out Wednesday that he can bond out of jail, as his attorney says that the suspect’s family was concerned about his mental health just days before the deadly tragedy.
Just two days before this deadly hit-and-run, Roberto Estupinan’s family flew in from Chile and checked him into a hospital for a mental evaluation, according to his attorney.
