The victims of a violent home invasion in Miami Beach are filing a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against the luxury apartment building where it happened, claiming failures in security that may have prevented the incident.
On Tuesday, the victims and their attorney held a news conference to announce the lawsuit against the building, its security company, the property owners and the suspect, seeking more than $12 million in damages.
