An internal investigation is underway after viral video showed a man having his car window smashed before he was hit in the face by an officer during a traffic stop in Florida.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says that they have launched an internal investigation into the Feb. 19 incident, NBC affiliate WFLA reported.
