No survivors were reported after a plane carrying 62 people crashed in Brazil, authorities confirmed. The VoePass flight, which was en route from Cascavel to Guarulhos Airport near São Paulo, had 58 passengers and four crew members on board.
The crash was reported to military police at 1:28 p.m. local time on Friday. The aircraft, a 14-year-old two-engine ATR 72 model, was flying at 17,000 feet when it began a rapid descent, according to FlightRadar24.
