Screen time before bed might not be as bad for children as experts previously thought

A study published this month in the journal Jama Pediatrics suggests that having screen time two hours before bed doesn’t disrupt a child’s sleep. That’s despite recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics for no screen time before bed.
