Almost a year ago, Lynda Richards paid over $8,400 for four tickets, purchased through a third-party site. She thought she was all set until she received two concerning emails from Ticketmaster in September.
“Saying that my tickets were transferred to somebody by the name of T.E.,” she said. “I thought it was a scam.”
But when she checked her account, Lynda quickly realized the emails were real.
