More than eight years after a Doral woman and her 8-year-old daughter vanished without a trace, the girl’s father has been arrested by the FBI in connection with their disappearance.
Gustavo Castaño Restrepo was arrested for kidnapping resulting in death in the disappearance of Liliana Moreno, along with the disappearance of Castano and Moreno’s daughter, Daniela, authorities announced Tuesday.
