Cuba was left reeling Thursday after a fierce Category 3 hurricane ripped across the island and knocked out the country’s power grid.
The Cuban government acknowledged, in its first assessment after Rafael moved through the island, that the damage to housing, infrastructure and agriculture has been “very heavy,” our sister station Telemundo 51 reported.
