A teen caught on video body slamming and taking down a doctor at Mount Sinai Medical Center is officially facing two battery charges.
Today state attorneys announced they plan on prosecuting 19-yearold Ventura Perez del Castillo on an aggravated battery charge and a battery on a medical care professional.
