Video released of NW Miami-Dade hit-and-run as 18-year-old recovers from critical injuries

The Miami-Dade Police Department on Wednesday released surveillance footage that showed the hit-and-run that, they said, left 18-year-old Gallihano Constant critically injured. Following a months-long recovery, Constant spoke with 7News about the July 15 crash.
