A woman was caught on camera attacking a man with a sharp object after a crash involving a BMW on the MacArthur Causeway. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 26-year-old Acklynn Byamugisha was driving a black BMW and stopped partially blocking the right eastbound lane just before 7 a.m. An oncoming white Toyota SUV slammed into it. After the crash, the FHP said the occupants of both vehicles got into a confrontation. Chopper4 over the scene spotted the crash near Biscayne Boulevard. A short distance away a woman, identified as Byamugisha who appeared to have a screwdriver in her hand, was seen following two men, one whom was on the phone. When she appeared to go after the man on the phone and made stabbing-like gestures, the other man intervened. The trio struggled briefly before the men were able to push away from her. She followed, pointing the object in her hand at them. She then charged them and one of the men fell to the ground. As they struggled, the second man tried to pull her off of him.
A $2 million bond has been set for a man facing several DUI charges in connection to a Sunday morning Miami Shores crash that killed a motorcyclist and severely injured his passenger. Police said it happened at around 3 a.m. in the area of North Miami Avenue and NW 108th Street. Authorities said Carlos Humberto Fabian, 41, was driving a Volkswagen Jetta when he veered off the roadway and into the southbound lanes, hitting several vehicles and a motorcycle being ridden by Bobby Jenkins and Lindsey Laquerre. The arrest report indicates Fabian had been on a date with a woman and had been drinking from approximately 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. Jenkins was killed in the crash and Laquerre sustained serious injuries.
Sean “Diddy” Combs apologizes after what appears to be assaulting Cassie Ventura seen in a video obtained exclusively by CNN. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office says it cannot prosecute Combs for the 2016 assault.
