Governor Ron DeSantis provided updates on the states recovery efforts from hurricane Milton this afternoon.
It all happened at SeaPort Manatee in Palmetto.
He stated that most of the state of Florida now has electricity and is operational.
The governor also said they’ve unloaded close to 7 million gallons of fuel to the areas most effected by hurricane.
