Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Interstate 95 southbound that shut down all lanes early Thursday, causing heavy delays during morning rush hour. Lanes have since reopened.
Troopers were dispatched at around 3:12 a.m. to the scene that appeared to involve two cars and a motorcycle. Information on the cause and victims was not immediately available.
