One person was killed and two others were seriously injured in a wrong-way crash on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade early Monday morning, authorities said.
The Florida Highway Patrol said troopers responded to the fatal incident at 1:14 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the highway near Okeechobee Road.
