Cuban reggaeton singer El Taiger died from complications of a gunshot wound to the head in Miami last year, a recently obtained autopsy report confirmed.
El Taiger, whose real name is Jose Manuel Carbajal Zaldivar, died on Oct. 10, days after he was shot in the head when a drug deal escalated to a verbal dispute, the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner said in a report obtained Monday by NBC6.
